Fees and expenses
- There are no fees for property information.
- We receive a commission associated with the contract made between you and the property owner. For a lease agreement, this fee is equivalent to one month rental fee of the property. For a sales transaction, the fees are a percentage base on the amount of the transaction. this percentage is accordance to rules established by law.
- Fees for special consultation, legal proceedings, and other services will be charged separately, and determined case by case.
